AdultFriendFinder: The highest converting and highest paying affiliate program out there. They pay up to $1 per click through, whether or not the click even converts! Tons of options and banners- the mother of all affiliate programs.
New Nude Cash: Petter Hegre's affiliate program; offers lots of free content with a great user interface. Includes four sites: Hegre-Art, Gallery-Carre, New Nude Mag, and New Nude City.
Galitsin Cash: Galitsin-News is one of the largest and most well-respected fine-art porn sites in existence. I have had excellent results promoting this site.
